My vision is to help clients navigate and grow through life transitions to ultimately live a full life overcoming, guilt, insecurity and fears.  As a relational therapist I feel privileged to hold space to help individuals and couples address interpersonal challenges with the goal of helping them thrive.

I have over fifteen years’ experience working with substance use disorders, trauma, domestic violence, gender-specific treatment as well as depression and anxiety.
